The mysterious Fol Chen have been making waves for a couple months, leading up to the release of their new album on Asthmatic Kitty, the follow up to Part II: John Shade, Your Fortune’s Made. Pitchfork.tv was kind enough to premiere the video for “In Ruins”, the first single from Part II: The New December, out on LP, CD and digital formats on July 6th. This video was shot at the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull by director Chris Wilcha.
